What is the Lyrical Lark Process?

Commissions & Work
My services can be used for any personal or collaborative project whether it be a simple looping track for your YouTube channel or a contracted recruitment for large projects such as Short Films and Video Games. There is no genre or style I won’t write for, so ask me for anything you’d like to have.

Purchasing Compositions
Commissioners can choose to purchase music composition as an audio file, a score, or both. A commissioned work from Lyrical Lark is owned by the client and can be distributed on any platform as long as ‘Lyrical Lark’ or ‘Lily Fowler’ is acknowledged as the composer/writer. All completed commissions will also be added to the Lyrical Lark Portfolio and Website. There are set prices for singular commissions depending on the choice of instruments, duration and the level of mixing quality. However, prices can be discussed if you’re looking for something special.

The Writing Process
My compositional process emphasises creative innovation, expression and collaboration. I have extensive home studio set up, often using a keyboard and my voice to write music. My compositions are built from a central focus on melody and harmony inspired by the choice of instruments and style. The waiting time for my music is determined by the properties of the commissioned work.
